Service Description

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow is for anyone who is postpartum. This could mean anyone who has had a baby in the last twelve months and/or anyone who has had an abortion, miscarriage, or loss in the last twelve months or beyond. This is a gentle, bodyweight class focusing on strengthening the core with mindful movement and breath connection. This is a 75 minute class, 4 week progression series to build a strong foundation for future exercise and movement through motherhood.
